We aim to help individuals and their families address and remove the challenges faced when seeking services that would otherwise prevent them from remaining in the home.

With Coordinated Career Pathways (CCP), services are designed to support regional center eligible adults with personalized career planning and action steps. Services from Step By Step Resource Center will be tailored to the unique needs of each situation and will be respectful of the language, ethnicity, and culture present in the family home setting.

We aim to ensure that clients reach their highest level of potential and independence.

We know it can be challenging to find employment after incarceration. This difficulty often causes individuals to re-offend. SBSRC is dedicated to helping break the cycle and will work with at-risk job applicants through education, training, and job placement.

Whether you are re-entering society or have behavioral health matters that need assistance towards the achievement of independent living, SBSRC offers supportive temporary housing to support the transition towards independence.
