With Coordinated Career Pathways (CCP), services are designed to support regional center eligible adults with personalized career planning and action steps. Services from Step By Step Resource Center will be tailored to the unique needs of each situation and will be respectful of the language, ethnicity, and culture present in the family home setting.

People with severe disabilities want to be part of the community and workforce. Our Supportive Employment Program design is to identify competitive careers in a community-integrated setting. We support you through initial job training to mastery.

Step By Step Resource Center is a community-based program that offers rewarding and unique ways for individuals who need a fresh start and those with cognitive disabilities the tools to live independent and productive lives. We aim to ensure that clients reach their highest level of potential and independence. 

We know it can be challenging to find employment after incarceration. This difficulty often causes individuals to re-offend. SBSRC is dedicated to helping break the cycle and will work with at-risk job applicants through education, training, and job placement.

Whether you are re-entering society or have behavioral health matters that need assistance towards the achievement of independent living, SBSRC offers supportive temporary housing to support the transition towards independence.

We offer Occupational Therapy to teach individuals with physical, sensory, or cognitive difficulties how to adapt. With occupational therapy, individuals learn to perform tasks at school, work, or home.

SBSRC is available to assist individuals living with mental and behavioral health conditions. We help individuals with cognitive disabilities and mood disorders with supportive therapies to address social anxieties often preventing individuals from successfully integrating into society.
